    The site will give you spyware or virus. My computer antivirus with spysweeper software caught two files and quarantined them.

    I don't believe that this site drops spy-ware but it does drop a cookie that identifies that you or someone else on your ISP account has voted, you will have to find & clean those cookies before you can vote again.

    In 5 hrs the Yes Vote increased 910+ votes to 123,984

    No's and Undecided are the same as before.
