I can't get access to my album even though I paid for pro and all that. Also, the links I put referring to things there no longer work. Can you get at what you think should be there on your account?

OK, Jack, thanks. I just wanted to be sure I'm not the only one. As far as I can tell, there's no way to contact them with an email, phone, or pigeon.

Oh man, this is a disaster! I just went to a brand new PC with no history on it at all and still I get (according to the history) a "403 forbidden" reply. My user name is correct on my MAC with two browsers and where I've had no trouble before and still the same no matter how I try to get around it.

Can one of you experienced photobucket users find me a link to tell them of my problem? It's been a couple of days now, and I'm afraid unless I contact them so I can describe my specific experience it'll never be fixed. Surely they must be set up to deal with this kind of thing - aren't they? If not, what did I pay my $25 for?

    Thanks in advance.

    Neil

Neil-We have those same sentiments, "What do we pay $20.00 a year for"?

Neil, just searched your 403 error and got this box.

We are currently performing important maintenance on the Photobucket site. This has caused a small number of you to experience difficulty using your accounts. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We know it's very frustrating to be unable to access your albums. We're working very hard to bring Photobucket fully online as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience, and we thank you for choosing Photobucket.

    Hope this helps... Jerbear

Neil, only here to help... or troll once and a while. I can't let Tron have all the fun.
I was about to send you my support tech that was on call tonight though. [IMG]

Way to go, do you think this is proper for children that might be in the room with this computer?

Lets see, a table full of dead pheasants, a cartoon, a FULLY Clothed girl at a computer, other cartoons including an eagle and info on the problem Neil was having. Yes pull it so we can have room for 7 1/2 or 8's again.
