I read on Phil Kiner's Blog he had Foot Surgery and missed the Spring Grand. I also had Foot Surgery on and old injury and missed Tucson. The only differance is Phil doesn't miss as many Targets as I do. Speedy recovery to Phil and no pain in the future. Allen

I hope it wasn't his dominant foot.

    Allen,

Sorry to hear about your surgery, hope you are on the mend. Will you be in San Antonio?

    Hope to see you there.

    Don

If a horse steps on your foot and it hurts, it's your dominant foot.

The dominant foot is the foot you kick shells away from your shooting post. If you have cross-dominance, you are doomed to sometimes fall and then possibly scratch up a good new gun. Cross dominant shooters in the foot generally shoot camo colored guns---answer man.

You only fall if you try to kick with your dominate foot and then switch feet in the middle of the kick.

If you start with the non dominate foot you will not fall but you will probably miss the shell.
