You can check the online dealers for this info... see L&M lenses.
I 'think' that you can purchase the ultimate comb aftermarket for about $200. If you're buying a new PFS stock then you can get it instead of the standard comb for about $130 more.

Problem, if you want the maximum castoff with the Ultimate Fit Comb: the aluminum bracket will hit you in the face. I had to make a new bracket out of 1" X 1" aluminum to alleviate the problem.
shot410... You must really have the cast over VERY far. I have mine all the way and have no problems... but face shapes do vary. I'm not doubting what you say, just curious about it. PFS recommends the ultimate comb for people like you and me because you can cast it off more than the regular stock.

I have it as far as it will go, cast to the right. And a little part of the framework sticks out beyond the the comb, maybe 1/8-3/16. Problem solved with a 1 X 1" "L" shaped piece of aluminum from Home Depot. But, I do have a mill so, the work was a piece of cake, just a few slots.
I can see that the framework does stick out. Maybe it's not biting me because I don't have the comb sticking up 90-degrees to the axis of the gun.
