Perhaps no boycott

    People forget quickly and carry on with whatever is easiest or most familiar to them.

    Probably back fired. What it did was make people think that they will have a better chance of being selected, for the amount of permits available to non-residents. Making people that normally did not bother applying, apply, simply because they figured on better odds.

    Exactly right Bruce Journey. There might be tags sold but hunting season doesn't start until Sept. I'm sure many of those who drew tags, and therefore paid for tags may hunt this year but we'll see. Nobody will know anything until fall. Also I would consider the source of this story.
