NOMO.....Difficult to get feed-back when only a few are in the country!! I did have excellent observations and reports from Ed Y who is shooting his TM9X rather well.....BUT I am still waiting for the "boat" to bring my TM9X to my dealer and me....................RUN'EM

As a dressed up TM-1, especially the fixed rib/stock model, they're certainly getting an "upgraded" price on these guns. A TM-1 could easily be turned into a TM-9X with the addition of an adjustable rib and stock by Dennis and have a better looking gun.

Yeah, I know, then it wouldn't be the latest and greatest and we wouldn't have to spend $7000 or more.

This forum is for opinions isn't it??

    Cheers to all.

I have one and if I would have known how well it would shoot for me, I would have paid 20,000 for it.

    Ed Y,

If I sounded like I was trashing those P guns, that certainly isn't the case. And besides, I'm a fine one to talk about high $$$ guns having bought a TM-1 new in 1980 (pricey to me then) and most recently a Kolar Combo early this year (really pricey to me now) and was doing just fine with a couple of 1100's and a bag of parts. This just another little indulgence for us.

Have a good Christmas season and then get back to shooting.

    Jack,

I can't take any credit for making the rib. Dennis DeVault made and installed it. Stu Wright and crew blued it and refinished the wood on it. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Now I just need to learn how to shoot it.
