Is anyone aware of a modefication by some one that is a improvement for the thumb safety button on a Perazzi? Getting to the point I can hardly push it any more to remove my triggers. Post-2

Do you have the round button or the flat bar type.

Probably need to do a few things:

    1. Disassemble the mechanism in the back of the receiver, part numbers 122, 125, 119, and 107, and 106.
Check #107 and polish it up to slide more easily
Check spring #119, and possibly replace it
Check #106, the flat bar "Trigger Release Link" and replace as necessary
Clean out the area the above parts reside.

I had the same problem so Danny fixed it, but I was unaware that I was setting the safety on when closing the gun. Finally, he installed the new ramped version and I'm a happy camper! FYI, mine was the button type.

Lucio at Perazzi USA has the ramped style in stock. I think I paid $115 installed.

Also --- if in the past the trigger seemed easier to remove as compared to now--- then be certain that you have not overly tightened your stock bolt. This hyappened to me a few years ago and since then I have mentioned it to a few other shooters who were having trouble and it took care of the problem.

If you get that bolt too tight, it can make it quite hard to get the trigger group to release.
