1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

That one would be tough for someone to even pull out of a case without someone else recognizing it. Best of luck getting it back.

Takes about 10 minutes to swap both stock and forend wood, and then it look's like the rest of them. You might want to post a serial number to look out for.

Just curious, was it stolen from the gun rack, or your car?

"you're probably lucky to not be walking". He wasn't so lucky. They grabbed the car (honda accord w/ 440k miles on it), with the gun and all his shooting gear inside.

Maybe the city authorities "found" it so they could pay off some of their bills. Stockton is in Bankruptcy. Hope you get it back.

Just got back home. The cops in Stockton said they aren't being paid enough right now to do anything. They're bankrupt.

Would be great if you find the dumb thief trying to sell...and you get the gun back like that fellow who got his Austin Healey back...just a lot quicker

Found the car with lots of parts missing and of course all the contents. My friend now has it. The towing company is almost as bad as the people who stole it. Someone got it all.

One morning I was envolved in a wreck at 8am .THe truck was totaled. The ambulence took me to the hospital and they released me at 10am.We went to the tow yard to retreive my belongings. All the money from the ashtray was gone but the extra fuel tank with 30 gallons of diesel was still there. The place has a razor wire fence.1 week later after I had recovered from the accident we went back to drain the tank and found it empty.I confronted the owner and he denied the theft.I told him it was probably some tweekers that just happened to have 6-5 gallon gas cans and they used a crane to get over the razor wire!!! I turned them in to the PD and they were dropped from the PD's tow program. As you stated above the tow company is just as bad about theft.Good luck retreiving your gun Bill.PJ
