    Need to see more photos. Might be a MX3 but it could be a fake.

    I does not look like a Perazzi, in context of surface quality and there was no "MX83" in their line. The curve of the trigger guard is definitely not Perazzi unless someone stepped on it to flatten it out.

    Top left "Manufactura Armi Perazzi Brescia - Italy' underneath the rib on the barrel. The Ga will be engraved underneath.

    Acaccio Special on bottom of barrel near block, 'MAP" on the block

    That area is the relief milled into the bottom of the receiver to clear the fore-end iron on opening. I don't believe Perazzi ever designated the model number there.

    Let's see the other side of receiver and top of receiver sides (water table), with barrels off for model designation.

    I think it's a gun put together by someone and made up a model for it.

    If it's really a Perazzi, it looks like a Cerakoted MX-3 Special with someone's dream number engraved.
