perazzi mx8 cocking bar cam question---

    hi--is it normal to have some side to side ( horizontol movement )---the screw holding it in is firm and loctite---

    it is hard for anyone to judge without seeing--but is it usually the cam that wears or the fore end iron----

    Is this the same gun you had gouging problems?

    no gouging?--the cocking bar cam is just loose going side to side but not top to bottom

    i will try and put up a you tube video tomorrow---

    There is a new cocking bar cam with screw on gunbroker for $35 The cam is body bound in the forend iron in a slot. There should be zero play on any axis.

    My concern is -- is it the cocking bar cam that wears or is it the fore end iron that needs replacing---
