    Hi Guys,

I saw a Perazzi MX2000/8/CO at my FFL for sell, I know the MX2000/8 means it's a MX8 gun with MX2000 engraving, but what does the /CO mean?

    Please educate me....

    Thanks!

MX-2000/8 CO means it's a MX-2000 with standard non-adjustable rib, top single two barrel American Trap combo.

Perazzi start marking CO, SB, on the fence to show what configuration the gun was when it left the factory.

Many dealers order guns with two sets of barrel at factory discount price then sell the second barrel separately to make extra profit.

Many people adding additional barrels to the gun, modify barrel numbers to make it a combo, or changing single barrel guns to O/U.

With the extra markings, you can tell what the gun was originally.
