1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I'm thinking of retiring (Selling) my MX-8 Sporting Clays gun because I have bought a new MX-8 SC3 with an 18.8 bore. The older gun is 31.5", 18.4 bore weighing 1.72 Kg. The package includes a 29.5" 18.4 bore extra barrel that is fixed chokes at IC, IC. It weighs 1.58 Kg. and is what the Kolar tube set fits into. There are two complete sets of choke tube one the orginal Perazzi tubes and a bunch more from Angleport. Also have a couple of Muller U2's and Briley titanium modified chokes I have bought. Each tube of the Kolar set comes with 2 IC's and 1 ea LM & Mod. I'm trying to get an idea of the valve of this package and hope you guys could help me out.

    Thanks, Bob

Beautiful wood but if it was custom made to fit you and the dimensions won't fit the average shooter, the wood doesn't add a lot of value to many potential buyers. The gun w/ original standard factory wood would be in the 5000 range. The extra set of barrels w/o the tube sets is 2000+or -. Used tube sets don't bring any where near what you paid for them. I think 10-11,000 in this market is going to be tough to achieve, but give it a try if you're patient.

$6,250 (one week) to $7,700 (three months)

    Gunbroker.com not Trapshooter.com

*** Gill is putting a lot of value into that wood. I don't see it that way, but it only takes one person, called a 'buyer'

    My guess..

    basic gun-$6,000. that's a $1,000+ trigger alone...

    extra barrel-call it skeet, $1,500-$1,800

    Kolar tube set-$1,500

extra chokes just sweeten the deal

    I'm thinking, $9,000 easy...if YOU sell it.

$6,300 if you sell it to a retailer...

Great looking gun, but here's a couple points about the skeet barrel.

The barrel used to carry the Kolar tubes are F/C IC and IC and the tubes don't include SKT chokes, so if someone was to buy the barrel and tubes to build a skeet gun then they would possibly need to have Thinwalls installed and also purchase (6) SKT chokes for the tubes (maybe find used for $300)

Easy things to fix with a small effort.
