1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

I came across this Perazzi Mirage Sporting on GB. Looks like a pretty nice set up for $3,500. The seller labeled it as a "Pereazzi" and I think people have not seen it.

I wanted to let the forums know about it as $3500 seems like a pretty good deal.

Type 3 or 4? serial number?

Is the barrel and receiver the same serial number as the iron?

    Regards from Iowa

    Gene,

I emailed the seller about the iron and the numbers. I looked closely at the pics the receiver seems to be numbered 80077 and the barrels are 82933 and a proof mark of BA for 1991.

The receiver is a type 4. You can tell by where the top lever release pin on the face is located. It is a 9 o'clock. Ealier guns had them at noon, or 3 o'clock. Not a bad deal if you want a flat rib gun. The barrels have 2 different serial numbers on them.
