I have a Perazzi MX3 skeet in new condition, when I shoot three dram equivalent shells the receiver opens, I was told to replace the top leaver return spring. How?

Can one of you fellows help me? Thank you.

if you continue to shoot it, you risk breaking the toplever. Send it to Doug Braker in the midwest, Giacomo in the east, and the west coast was Lucio...

    Top levers are $400

Had a TM1 that did the same thing with a 3 dram load, replaced the locking block
    and fixed the problem...

    All Genuine Perazzi Parts:
Top Lever: #104, $314.29 (very seriously doubt you need this)
Action Block: #104, $147.74 (MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY FITED)
Top Lever Return Coil Spring: #121, $9.14
Top Lever Return Coil Spring Guide: #111, $57.66

I offer written instructions on how to change the top lever spring and action block on my website listed above.

Chances are you could try the top lever return coil first @ $9.14, and that could fix it.

Depending on where your top lever sits with gun closed (at, before, or after 6:00), you may need or will soon need a new Action Block installed.

I very seriously doubt you need a new top lever, only if it is broken and the gun won't open. The Action Block #104, $147.75, is probably what is needed along with the 121 coil spring. Both are usually replaced at the same time. I charge $100-$150 to fit an Action Block.
