Can the P-gun experts out there please weigh in on why the Perazzi Grand American Combo's seem to have a much lower used pricing point than the other MX type combo's or even O/U's. Thanks, Rich

I dont see a difference in used prices on grand americans and any other early type 4 guns

The unsingle barrels sell at a premium alone

    Regards from Iowa

Thanks for weighing in Jack, always valued counsel. I consider a fixed rib to be a blessing not a curse. I keep my Mach1 rib in one place and adjust POI with comb spacers. Rich

Same thing for Mirage models? Seems those also go for really cheap like $3K and change for awesome guns.

I dont think you will find a mirage or MX8 type 4 for 3 grand unless it is beat up will you?

    Now type 3s maybe 2500-3500

    regards from Iowa

Rich. Buy the modern version, the MX14. You'll get into one of those for $5500-$6000

Any difference between the GA and the 14 other than the adjustable comb? Both have the MX-3 type receiver and type 4 barrel and forearm, drop out trigger? Rich,

I just bought a Grand America 2 (top single) combo for $4500. It's in great condition, 2 triggers, original Perazzi case. I spent this last weekend getting acquainted and I already love it. I believe the GA's were just a special release of MX-8's imported by Winchester.
