The Perazzi parts list on their web site does not list different sizes. It is part number 359 (Forend lock bolt) that mates up with part number 358 (Forend lock screw). Seems like it would be called a nut but it is not. Mine came loose in my MX2000 after a year and a half. Kept tightening up the screw but the wood in the forearm kept compressing and opening up farther. Perazzi replaced the forearm with a new one at the Grand for free. No problems since and that was almost 4 years ago.
