perazzi forearm types

    i know this has been covered before but i cannot recover the images on my computer. can someone post the images to identify the type of perazzi forearm? i need new wood and i need to know what to look for. thanks in advance. tom mc

    Here's the picture of type 3 & type 4 differences:

    Type 4 forearm wood has two slot cut outs to accommodate the two screws you see in the picture.

    You also need to be aware of the barrel channel width in forearm wood. The forend wood may be correct for the type of iron, but that doesn't mean it'll fit right on..........Rob

    thanks to both of you. steve w that is the picture i could not retrieve. it would appear that my 69000 serial number gun has a type 4 foreend. i suppose that is good news but i had a line on type 3 wood. thanks again. tmc
