Had one go out in UPS and wanted to give the owner a sneak peek before the gun arrives in a couple of days. The wood is Bastogne that came from Mr Mann. The stock features the finger grips and beautiful checkering. Thanks to my crew and thank you for taking a look.

I notice you do the finger grooves a lot to help with consistent hand placement. What are your thoughts on the "glove grip" style of stock, which should theoretically provide a similar benefit.

Does that mx2000 have custom inlay or was it done at the factory?

    Great job Dennis and crew

    Skeet Man,

Parts of the glove grip design are great but my hand is large with short fingers. The felllow from Australia had that on his gun when he came here and I had the chance to shoot it. The way the thumb runs in the back of the grip and the size of my hand was a problem. It felt like my thumb was ripped off after a couple of shots with heavy handicap loads. Again nice design but as is the case the area should be fit to the individuals hand as a one size fits all is not possible. Remember that bunker shooters are shooting 7/8 ounce loads and that is is much softer recoil than the 1-1/8 ounce loads we shoot here as a general rule.

to Aussie Dan, the gold inlay work was done after market not from the factory.

Thank you both for the questions.

I agree with ken1okie, my Browning Leo Special has nicer wood. Craftsmanship A+, wood selection C-. Just my opinion....

It is a Kick-Eez rocker pad. The number is a 601-10-LB that is ground to fit when the stock is finished.
