I have a Perazzi barrel with a fixed choke. I have several Perazzi chokes I'd like to use in this barrel. Who would you suggest I send the barrel to to have it drilled and tapped to accept the Perazzi chokes

Almost any choke installer can do it.

shootsome, I would advise against your approach. Perazzi choke tubes are designed to go onto factory choke tube barrels where the front of the barrel is enlarged. You would have to swage the barrel end to a larger diameter before cutting the threads to make sure there is enough meat left after the threads are cut. I'm not sure what that would do to your rib. I'd advise using third-party thin wall tubes if you want to go that route. Briley thin-wall and Teague come to mind, but there may be others.
