Everyone in this story (EVERYONE) violated the law. The law makes it clear that if you know of an abuse to a child you MUST tell law enforcement.

Because the victims were chosen for broken homes, broken or not If someone touched one of my kids I would be the one on trial... and it wouldn't have taken 18 plus years to do it!!!

MIA - Actually Pennsylvania’s Child Protective Services Law “provides that when a staff member reports abuse, pursuant to statute, the person in charge of the school or institution has the responsibility and legal obligation to report or cause such a report to be made by telephone and in writing within 48 hours to the Department of Public Welfare,” according to the findings of fact by the grand jury in the Sandusky case.

And that law has a two year statute of limitations.
