I actually listened to him speak on TV- he was applauded at times and at times the booing might have been about the issue- usually Obamas plans that were booed

    Hard to tell

    Regards from Iowa

Run like hell from this organization. I withdrew my membership for among other reasons, (1) these people are anti-gun; and, (2) supported Obamacare when they knew, at that time, that $500,000,000,000.00 would be cut from Medicare. It's now projected by the OMB that over $700,000,000,000.00 would actually be cut and in my opinion would devistate Medicare. At first it didn't make any sense as to why they would allow this to happen as they are suppose to represent seniors but I then figured out that they could sell more insurance (AARP Supplemental Medicare through a third party) at the AARP Member's expense. If I'm wrong let me know where I erred. Unless, in the future, AARP changes it's liberal course, I WILL NOT JOIN such an organization. Have any of you dropped out of this organization? BT-100dc

The fact that the pukes in an AARP audience booed Paul Ryan tells you all you need to know about him. I would hope that I would be booed if I spoke there also. I would imagine mid a lake booes every time he reads one of my threads.

By all means use their self stamped envelopes to stuff full of pro gun literature and republican campaign paper work.

I think they finally figured me out......haven't had one in a good while.

Any one members of the new one? I think the name is Generation America.

Heard radio adds for them, but haven't looked them up.

For anyone left who doesn't realize what an ENEMY ORGANIZATION that is: Ryan speaking before the AARP is about like Biden speaking at the NRA convention.

I have refuse their motel discount for years, telling the front desk person I don't agree with their politics. Being bald I ask for the bald man discount, I usually get a smile and the discount. Mike

If they send you junk, don't just throw it away, stuff the envelope full and send it back to them at least they have to pay postage.

The AARP exists not to protect seniors, but to exploit them as naive and unwitting supporters of the Democrats.
