patterning my new gun.

    Please correct me if I'm wrong if my gun is shooting to the right don't I have to move my comb to the left.

    You are correct. You move the comb in the direction you want the shot to go, whether up, down, right or left.

    The people telling you that are probably rifle shooters who are used to dialing in a scope.

    No it was my dad he's probably telling me this so I start missing targets.
