The term, "Patternator choke system," was - according to my research -apparently invented last summer by a poster selling a gun here and on GB. Even Google can't find the term used anywhere else.

There's really no "system" to it. Just choke tubes. They are black, pretty long as I remember, can be changed and checked without a wrench, have an O-ring to keep them tight and a nice knurled ring to make all that easy anyway.

I've never heard that they are the best in the world, which is a surprise in many ways, since almost every other choke or choke-owner makes that claim. On the other hand, no one to my knowledge has ever called them "junk" either, and that is equally rare.

    Neil

Addendum: I do, however, suspect we are about to read that they are "the best in the world."

Not sure of the spelling, but Ljutic used choke tubes in several of their guns including the Space Gun that they called patternator choke tubes.

This what I have on the subject. Ljutic brand of chokes. I don't think they make them anymore.
