    Good Morning,

I'm going to call Pat Trap in a while (if I still need to) but in the past you guys come up with the answer pretty fast.

One of our pat's is working properly 95% of the time. Then when the trap gets the call signal the elevator operates, the arm throws but the turret does not move (oscillate) for about 2 cycles then it operates normally again until the next time. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. john

remove the turret, clean the area, and check the switch.

I'm not sure which series you have but that's where I would start.

Don't be afraid to call Amy.

Check the clutch or the shaft. May need pinning.

If the timing was off it should drop targets but not at the proper time, and a lot of breakage would result.

My money is on the switch.

    Dennis,

Thanks. I've been on with Pat Trap. I think we may have it although I have to get to the trap to work through it. I do appreciate the offer and if this doesn't work out I'll take you up on it. Thanks again. john

Anyone needing some good advice on the PATs can email or private message Dennis Crowell, "Kingbang," who posted above. He and another energetic fellow learned just about all you need to know with them and the voice call relationships. They have held one successful all-day session at the Cottage Grove-Eugene club in Orygun on the maintenance and use of this equipment and got lotsa atta-boys from the attendees who came from several distant clubs a couple of months ago. I understand additional classes are in the realm of possibilities.....breakemall.....Bob Dodd
