Parking at this Grand is one of their strong points. Park where you shoot,no problem.

You should have no problem if you have your home state issued handicapped placard or plates. Each group of banks has a couple designated handicappped spots right by the sidewalk. The entry building lot also has many handicapped spots. The porta-johns behind the banks also are handicapped accessable. All the construction was post ADA so all is easily traversed.

You may be thinking of Vandalia where the handicapped parking was Northeast of the CEB. Nothing like that is needed in Sparta as there is plenty of parking behind the banks. You drive your vehicle to wherever you need to be at Sparta, no wagons, no getting there early for a parking spot, little congestion.

If you need a handicapped camping space I know there are some located in the electric only area at the ends. Asphalt all around and a picnic table is included. You will need to speak with the IDNR about those.
