Paper Hull Reloading

    Terry- You would have much difficulty finding the proper wad for these hulls. Your idea is really not worth the effort.

    I agree with rev as they are really collectables rather than shooters but on the other hand - I have experiemnted with papers a lot. I used Fed 12so, 12s3, 12s4, Lage Uniwads and winjammers and find very little difference. The uniwads work better than the others but there is not a lot of difference in speed, pressure and pattern. Anyway after about 1500 shells I have to say they are safe

    Not sure but I think those were Federal. The color will tell you. If red with a high base wad, Winchester made them. If purple with low base, Federal.

    I doubt if Remington private labelled any of their paper loads.

    But they would most likely be green and ribbed if so.
