Paper 20 gauge reload recipes

    I'm pretty sure they are FEDs. just check Fed. data, those old papers are quite forgiving, use a med. to slow powder to keep chamber pressure reasonable. Usually only good for about 3-4 loads before they get soft crimps & start to burn pin holes at the top of the brass. But sure are pleasant to shoot & smell so good. Ross Puls

    I load Federal 20 ga papers with 7/8 oz of shot, Fed 209- A primer, Fed 20 S1 or Win WWA 20 wad and 16.5 grains of Unique for 1200 fps.

    Make sure you use a straight wall case wad like the Fed 20S1
