I was a Cowboy fan for a good part of my life until Jerry Jones bought the team and hired Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer, his old buddies. Can't stand any of them.

Hope the Packers smack 'em good!

Dallas doesn't stand a chance. They only have one All Pro, Sean Lee, on defense. The Packers have a bunch I bet. The Cowboys only have 4 All Pros on offense, three on the offensive line and that kid running back. Shoot, that Dallas rookie running back only gained a measly 705 yards more than both the GB running backs put together. And, the Dallas rookie QB is only rated third in the League in Total QB rating. AR is a very solid fourth only 4.6 points behind.

    TOTAL QBR
    1 Matt Ryan, ATL 83.4
    2 Tom Brady, NE 83.1
    3 Dak Prescott, DAL 81.6
    4 Aaron Rodgers, GB 77.0

What chance to they have playing at home with everyone healthy, but rusty, after a 2 week break? Certainly nowhere near the chance the had when they had to play in GB earlier this season. Anyone remember that score? They must have got killed up there.

I can't stand Jerry Jones, especially the way he did Tom Landry. He has about as much personality has a rattlesnake in heat. That being said, I'll take the Cowboys anyway. I was hoping the Giants would win today, because their center, Westin Richburg, No. 70, grew up right here in our little town of Bushland, Texas(8 miles west of Amarillo on I-40)and his Dad is a close friend of mine. His step mother is my GP. That also being said, the Giants beat the Cowboys twice this year. No matter, the Dallas/ Greenbay game should be a good one. GO COWBOYS!!!!!

Now if it was those cowboys Landry, Too Tall Jones, Dorsett, Newhouse and the crew it would be a different story.

    Go Pack

It would have been great if the Packers would not have scored anymore points than 14. Then everybody would have realized how stupid it was for the Giants to go for 1 point instead of two points when they were 2 points behind.

I am pretty sure it is better to be tied at the end of the 4th quarter than be down by 1 point. Maybe the coach was thinking I would rather lose by one point than lose by 2 points?

Very tough to beat them when Aaron Rodgers is on fire which he usually is. They do need to be able to run the ball better though. Been a Packer fan all my life. Small town team and owned by the citizens. My idle growing up, and in many ways still is Jerry Kramer. He was the Packers right guard in the 60's and wrote several books on his career. He's also an avid outdoorsman. He has been nominated for the NFL Hall of Fame numerous time but has yet to get in. Go Pack Go!

You know, I've said that exact same thing many times when it comes to who's going to win a particular football game. I've never known anybody who picks them right everytime.

One thing is for sure...a week from now we'll know.
