A nice 266 will bring $150+. They are the finest single stage shotshell loader ever made. If it has more than 1 die set, it'll bring more.

12 guge is pretty common. Find one in 16 or 28 gauge and you can get up to $225 for it. There is no better single stage press and all RCBS, Pacific, Hornady and Spolar shot/powder bushings fit it.

These are good loaders for teaching our beginning trapshooters the reloading process. Do you wish to sell it? I'd be interested. Let me know price.

Could someone post a picture . I think I have one in 20ga without the brass name plate . I want to set it up to load about 300 paper hulls then put it up on here for sale later this year . Mine is blue and may just be a Bair like my 12ga spare is .

I have two of the old blue Pacifics. They never had a brass name tag. They had a little stick on tag. This is what they originally looked like.

No , nothing like it . The brass plate is on mine with Pacific Mach Neb in very small type . The round sticker with a Bear spelled Bair is whats missing on mine . Thanks for posting the picture .

I think Bear may have manufactured them for a while under the Bear name, and then they ended up Red with the Hornady name on the. The blue Pacific ones I have date back to the late 60's

OldRemFan, both of my reloaders 12 and 20 are alike . They are not in line stations . They are semi circle and start from left to right without a primer feed . The 12ga has the bear sticker with Bair spelled out which is whats missing on the 20ga but they both have the brass plate riveted in the front stating Pacific . I did remember seeing a picture posted at one time of the ones I have .

That may have been one of the 100 something series. The 200 series had all the stations in a straight line. Does yours have a powder/shot bar that slides crossways to the loader?

OldRemFan, sorry , yes it slides left to right not front to back and I believe the shot and powder tubes tilt forward to empty and also to change the bushings .

Sounds like my 1st loader a Pacific 150, blue--kind of a square type base, re-size & de-prime L. rear, L. front blank, wad guide center front, crimp starter R. front, final crimp (non adjustable) R. rear, L.front may be blank on early ones, later ones had a "cone" there that we used to put a nice radius on the paper hulls that we had at that time. Still have it with 4 die sets, 12--20--28--410, loaded a lot of shells with it. Ross Puls

Guess my memory isn't too good, on where the stations are, been a long time since I used it, been using a 266 for 25 or 30 years now. Did have a 366 for a while but I don't shoot enough to need that production rate. Main reason I switched to the 266 was the re-sizer was better (much better leverage) when they 1st, started with steel heads. Both loaded very good shells. Ross

My loader is red, my loader doesn't have a primer set up on it, it has a place for one, I tried my set from the 366 but it doens't want to go down in it. Any one have a reloader that is not being used? I only use it for speical loads when needed.
