1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

I have a gently used, most current model Ponsness/Warren complete hydraulic unit. Complete with everything a new would have come with, AND my version of step-by-step instructions (also available on my website). This is a very, very nice unit and in top condition.

I had purchased this for myself to use on an in-house Spolar, and move the one on the Spolar over to be used on the Patriot. Only got as far as moving the other one to the Patriot and then a good friend happened by and wanted the Spolar. Incidentally, this easily adapts to the Spolar/ I have a home-made Spolar stub-shaft, and these are also available from Spolar or P/W. This unit comes with the stub-shaft of your choice.

The nice thing about these is that your hands are 100% free to grab wads and hulls, AND you can absolutely control the stroke. See a cocked wad, or one with folded-over pedals, you can instantly stop the unit, and with small taps move forward or backwards - you can easily fix the wad problem. These have a ton of power. No clutch to slip, nothing but absolute power.

I prefer these over the Electric Drives, but they have the pump noise. I placed mine in an old, large dot-matrix printer enclosure (one with the fan and convoluted foam), so now I reload and watch TV. ;-)

I have this unit ready to sell. These are no longer being sold by P/W, but I am maintaining these in concert with the Spencer Hydraulics, the company who made these for P/W.

New, these units sold for $1,250, but P/W ran a special on the last dozen for $975. Today my actual cost from Spencer Hydraulics IN LARGE QUANTITY is $1,100 and I then need to add another $100 or so for mounting hardware and crating. Consequently, I am not going to carry these.

I want $750 and UPS shipping to you. This unit along with the new shipping crate (that I have a day in gluing and screwing) weighs in at 73#. It will ship UPS and I get a healthy discount from UPS. Whatever UPS charges with insurance for the $750 is what I charge to ship.

Please don't PM me, but simply click my email above.

    Thanks for the gander.
