West Chester Gun Club has just received email that the mayor of Oxford is attempting to pass bans on guns and violating our constitutional rights! We are encouraging any gun owners in Chester County to show up on Feb 18 at 7:00 PM and show your support for our Second Ammendment rights! We need to all stand together with our fellow shooters in Southern Chester County! You can find all of this information on SCCSP&FA website!

Pennsylvania? Pro-gun? Can't use semi-autos for hunting and they have a religious law against hunting on Sundays.

The state is fairly progun but like everywhere else the liberal infection is creeping in...also keep in mind that anything close to Philly is subject to ghetto/gang syndrome..with the same thought process as the morons in Chicago

I believe there is law in Pa. that prevents local municipalities from passing laws that supercede state law. In other words, if the state says its legal, a town or city can't say it's illegal.

Oxford may want to reconsider if they are trying to regulate firearms… per PA title 18:

§ 6120. Limitation on the regulation of firearms and ammunition.

    (1) No political subdivision may bring or maintain an action at law or in equity against any firearms or ammunition manufacturer, trade association or dealer for damages, abatement, injunctive relief or any other relief or remedy resulting from or relating to either the lawful design or manufacture of firearms or ammunition or the lawful marketing or sale of firearms or ammunition to the public.

    (2) Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to prohibit a political subdivision from bringing or maintaining an action against a firearms or ammunition manufacturer or dealer for breach of contract or warranty as to firearms or ammunition purchased by the political subdivision.

    (b) Definitions.–As used in this section, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given to them in this subsection:
“Dealer.” The term shall include any person engaged in the business of selling at wholesale or retail a firearm or ammunition.

“Firearms.”This term shall have the meaning given to it in section 5515 (relating to prohibiting of paramilitary training) but shall not include air rifles as that term is defined in section 6304 (relating to sale and use of air rifles).

When will these political pundits leave my CONSTITUIONAL RIGHTS alone?!!!

They need to worry about enforcing the laws, and reigning in these dead beat fathers, welfare and social security fraud, basiclly those that are cheating the common taxpayer, you know the one Obama said he wasn't going to raise taxes on, but has went up to 25%...

Basically, it said they want Congress to act and pass these BS laws to take away our rights.

Do not say we are reading into this, this is the first step to taking all of our guns away.

Its kinda like the gas prices, now we all think 3 dollars is cheap, when we were bitching about 2 dollars a gallon a few years back...poison us slowly..and we never know we are dying...

Unfortunately, we have fellow shooters at Oxford who have stated that they voted for Obama and the democrats.

Supposedly intelligent shooters have chosen to believe the lies of the pied piper in chief.

    Adios, Dirk

That's what's happening to Oregon. More and more people are fleeing Commiefornia. But when they get here, the clods vote for the same crap that made their state such a crap hole. Clueless, totally clueless.
