Too many hydraulic presses and auto mates. A good manual reloading press is all the exercise you need. HMB

I think sumo wrestlers might hold a small lead over trap shooters but the shooters are catching up fast.

It provides a good stable base, an anchor if you will.

I would be one of those guys....used to weigh 500....down to the 350-375 range...unfortunately the damage is done (back and knees)so my shooting is very limited...

At my state shoot, the vendors usually bring shooting shirts, jackets, vest etc. I laugh when I look at the sizes some of them bring. Small, medium , large, x large. Most large trap shoots look like weight watcher conventions. If I was a vendor, I would start at 2 xl, 3xl, 4xl, 5xl, and possibly enormo. I'm a fat ass myself, plus being left handed. Trying to find left handed shooting clothes is tough in those sizes. My wife said I should lose weight then, right! smsnyder, I don't know if you are fat or slim, hopefully your a normal weight. It is not fun being el largo.
