It doesn't look like a turkey. My turkey is ready to go in the oven, the count down begins now. HMB

HMB - we had our turkey last sunday. With all the turkey shoots around here from now to Jan 1st I usually end up with 6-7 so we thought we would go this route. Probably give the turkeys to the rescue mission

Yum, medium rare for me. Lou, good for you giving the turkeys away. Believe it or not it's going to be sunny and 53 degrees in NE Indiana today.

Happy Thanksgiving, I hope you and your family are well. Tell Dean I said hello.

Lou, that is one ugly Turkey and looks like it's been dead along time. Just bury it in the back yard LOL. Happy Thanksgiving my friend to you and your family!

GW I think I married her sister. Every time the smoke alarm goes off one of the kids ask if Mom is cooking again! :) I always say I did not marry that girl cause she could cook! :)

As much as I love red meat, it no longer loves me. But I have memories...

My sister in law made a 20 lb turkey.

I made an 8 lb smoked pork shoulder to supplement it. Good thing. No leftovers.

This is the Prime Rib as it was going into the oven. I split the 20 lb down to this 7 lb roast
