The Otter Creek SC's fall/winter derby season starts this Sunday. We are located in Cedar Rapids, IA and the url above will take you to our website for directions. We will go every other Sunday as we alternate w/ our friends at the Cedar Falls GC to the north of us.

$20 entry w/ auction starting at NOON O'Clock! The pot starts w/ $977 in it. The kitchen will be open as will a practice trap(s). I am confident there will be at least 1 card game going. One shooter said he has to play just to recover from last Sundays losses in CF!

Weather guy on local ABC affilliate says 60 degrees. That is shorts & t-shirt weather!!!! We might even see O'Conner's Ljutic out of the case w/ those kind of temps.

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday. We do appreciate your patronage!
    John in Iowa

Wow! What a beautiful day and a great turnout. We had 39 shooters vying for the days crown. 5 of them tied w/ 49s. Randy Strauss was the shoot-off winner over Ken Brandt, Glen Hanson and Jon Halford and Phil Thyer. Good shooting Gentlemen!

We thank all of you who attended and also apologize for the delay in getting the money split calculated. This was the initial time w/o Joann Delong working the table. She stepped in helped get things completed. Thanks Joann!

Anyone who left before things were completed and has money coming to them can pick up an envelope next Sunday in Cedar Falls (see Randy & Kay Strauss) or on your next trip to Otter Creek.

Again, we Thank You for your patronage and we sincerely apologize for the inconvience. We will get better at this! John in Iowa
