    I don't agree with everything he wrote, but I do believe that he's made an accurate prediction of what type of decision will be handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court. As is usually the case, neither side will win outright and both sides will claim a judicial victory. As much as we wish it could be, this particular case is not the defining 'Roe v. Wade' of the Second Amendment. Just MHO.

    Now that I think about it some more, my analogy might have more accurately used 'Brown v. Board of Education' rather than 'Roe v. Wade'.
