OT Recipe: Pheasant à la LA

    PHEASANT à la LA (serves two)


    Two pheasant breasts, Six oz. Russian salad dressing, One package onion soup mix, Two tablespoons spicy brown mustard, Two tablespoons oregano, Two tablespoons parsley flakes, Two tablespoons garlic powder, One-half cup of water.

    Mix the last seven ingredients, place in small baking dish. Place pheasant breasts in baking dish, covering meat entirely with the mix. Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

    Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli. Optional – chilled Pinot Grigio.
