It is certainly a "Bosch" dishwasher. You will not regret the purchase.

Bosch dishwashers in our old home and new one have both been quiet and did a great job of washing the dishes.

Bosch. It is hard to tell if it is running.

I had a noisy dishwasher that I turned into a snowthrower. I bought her a shovel. Ha!

Bosch, without a doubt. I wasted money on too many others before I finally found a Bosch--we have a huge living area and kitchen/dining open concept and you can't even tell the dishwasher is going. Worth every penny.

I've had no experience with the Bosch and it must be good, but I have to say the Kitchen Aid we bought a few years back is very quiet, enabling us to run it while sitting 15 feet away watching TV. Couldn't do that with the old one.

    FWIW...

Had many, most recently Bosch and KitchenAid. While the KitchenAid is a great washer, and pretty quiet, it does not compare to the Bosch unit I had. Washing quality about the same, but quiet the Bosch wins hands down. Not that the KitchenAid is noisy, especially compared to even GE Monogram and others, but Bosch is in a class of its own.

Yup, another vote for Bosch. I've never heard a quieter one. Now that I read that, maybe I wouldn't - if it was much quieter, nobody would hear it.

The Bosch 800 Plus is adveristed to have a noise level of 40 db...that's pretty darn quiet! Also, Bosch dishwashers have a feature called Aquastop. If a water leak is detected, it shuts off the water supply and prevents water damage to your home. Our Bosch diswasher is very quiet...would certainly buy again!

Have Bosch and a Maytag. Both very quiet. Like the Maytag the best. For some reason the Bosch, although very quiet, stinks between washings. I can't find anythings left in the drain but something has to be causing it.
