    Obama rips Fox News
    By KENNETH P. VOGEL | 8/20/08 7:51 PM EST

LYNCHBURG, Va. — Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) personally went on the attack Wednesday on a best-selling new book that falsely describes him as a closet Muslim.

Talking about "The Obama Nation," Obama said author Jerome Corsi was just making "stuff up."

“But it gets a lot of play on Fox News,” he said to loud boos.

The news network has interviewed Corsi.

Obama said GOP attackers “will run negative ad after negative ad, attack after attack, with the goal of making you lose focus on the issues. … and focus on me and try to make me out to be a risky, scary guy.”

“Now I must say: I don’t find myself particularly scary or particularly risky," he said.

Hussein Obama is a self described legend in his own mind.

Regarding scary or risky, aborted unborn babies and law abiding gun owners had/have everything to be afraid of.

I just saw the Dr. Corsi interview on Fox on Hannity & Combs. While I don't agree with his anti-Bush rants, he came across as a really smart and articulate guy. Made Alan Combs blubber all over himself. The fact that he could get a whole book out of Obama's short and thin resume speaks a lot about how sordid Obama's past relationships have been.

Obama is coming unglued and the wheels have come off the Obama Express as is evidenced in the latest poll showing McCain up by 5 points.

The more people look at Obama, the less they see. This is why in the later big state primaries Hillary blew him away. Now that the general election is heating up, the independents are looking at him and heading for McCain. McCain destroyed Obama in the Saddleback Interviews and it is obvious why Obama is afraid to "debate him anytime anywhere" like "The One" said he would.

Mainlain Democrats must already be looking at the Denver Convention as the Hillary in 2012 Campaign Kickoff Event.

By the way folks, Walker here is what is known as an Obamabot. They have been instructed to join any online forum and profess to being part of the general mindset of that group, you know, one of the guys. They claim to be instep with the values of the group except that they have "seen the light" about Obama and just maybe he is not as bad as the other members think. They make apologies and plausible excuses for Obama's radical past and his anti-American actions.

Do a search on Walker. When did he get here? Just recently you say? hummmm.

He says he's conservative, an NRA member even a Republican but wow this Obama guy is hot stuff. Just what us rednecks need to protect our guns.

Baloney. Take Walker's posts with a grain of salt. He is here to try to fool you. He is an Obamabot through and through. Now sit back and watch him A: Attack me; and B. Deny it.

These Obamabots are being called out on conservative profiled forums all over the internet. They get there marching orders from Dkos, moveon.org, ACORN and other communist/socialist sites funded by George Soros and other anti-American conspirators.

Welcome to TS.com Walker, we know what you are.

The Obamination speaks for himself in his own words:

From Audacity of Hope: 'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.'

Can't have your cake and eat it too. Until he refutes his own book, this is what he is.

    Trapshooter,
Thanks for the encouragement. I gave up on Brooks earlier in the week. I'm willing to have an intellectual discussion with anyone who is willing to do the same. I'm not an Obamabot--I've stated this before. Brooks and I had a very nice exchange in a previous thread. I think I have adequately proven that I am not here to "infiltrate" the site as he suggests. I'm just providing some much needed reason and fact to these discussions in the form of opposing opinion.

    It seems reasonable to me.

    Shoot Well,

"I'm not an Obamabot--I've stated this before."

Oh, and we believe you. Thanks for clearing that up.

"I'm just providing some much needed reason and fact to these discussions in the form of opposing opinion."

And we appreciate your contributions to correcting us and encouraging us not to cling to our guns, religion and redneck, racist views. After all, if your "opposing opinion" consists of "reason and fact" ours obviously doesn't.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Apostle Walker, sent by "The One" which we have been waiting for.

    LOL

OBAMA "claims" he is not Muslim and in fact claims to be Christian however, if you listen to him he taskes the Bible totally out of context and his voting record AND actions are contrary to just about everything Christian. He spent his early life AS A MUSLIM and was enrolled for 2 years in a Muslim "MADRASA". That is a training school for the most radical Muslim clericts! He was later enrolled in a "Christian" school by his mother for political benifit. Anybody who thinks he has changed his inner mind has only to look at his attitude toward the radical muslim extremist, and this country itself. Obama is on the hot seat and claims the book "lies about him, but he cannot come up with a single item that proves there are ANY lies in the book! All references and statements are foot noted with references. I love it that this POs the liberal dirt bags and puts them in a tizzy!

Walker, What gets me is that you can do searches and hear obama say most of the things you can read or hear from a podium, not all of it in his church. There is a Black Minister that makes a lot of those speeches available and he says he know that his past proves that he is a Closet Muslim now and vowed his support to the muslim community. I think his name is James D. Manning. At any rate, I've seen enough, just by the mere fact of his lack of experience as a leader that I surely don't want him as a President. Then when I add up his past to it I know that I don't want him as a President and will do all I can to make sure it doesn't happen. Jackie B. USAF Ret.

I watched an hour show about Obama on Fox News. His dad was a Muslim from Kenya. Then his mom married a Muslim man from Indonesia and they moved there. Then back to America. He took a trip with Muslim friends to Pakistan. He spent part of his youth living with druggy friends on the streets. I can see why he has no loyalty and love for America and why he has friends that are known terrorists who wanted to bring down the American capitalist system. I see why he makes comments like, "America is no longer a Christian nation but also Muslim and atheist." I see why he referred to Americans clinging to their guns and their Bible. I see why he went to a racist anti-American church which gave awards to radical Muslims like Farrakhan. What I don't understand is why half of America would support an anti-American, anti-Christian racist candidate for the Presidency. Have the hippy, dope smoking, America hating baby boomers of the 60's destroyed America that much.

In response to the 57 states thing, do you really think that because he said I've visited all 57 states that it means that he's in fact a closet Muslim whose parents conspired to get into the White House from a young age--for the simple purpose of destroying the country and its way of life? Isn't it more reasonable to think that there are, in fact, 57 Muslim states and that as a Presidential Candidate, he should know this and he simply made a mistake?

Are you suggesting that since John McCain could not recall how many houses he and his wife own, that he is a closet illiterate who can't count? Or is it more reasonable to think that he simply forgot that they own 7? I think the latter is much more reasonable than the former.

    Halfmile,

On the issue of Obama's quote from Audacity of Hope, "'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.' "

Let's take a look at the full quote, in context, and see what it is he's really talking about...

"Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific assurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." Barack Obama Audacity of Hope

When I said that I was well-read, I meant that I was well-read. Obama was saying that he would stand up for all Americans--including Arab Americans should the U.S. government turn against them. There's your fact and reason you small-minded xenophobe.

All I see here is fear, ignorance and hate. And none of them are euphemisms for anything.

    Walker
