Found this "put away" and need a Blue Book/market value - NIB H&R 9 shot .22 cal H&R model 999. I realize that this is a shotgun site as I have posted and bought/sold here before (all transactions good). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Milt

I have an H&R 999. It's one of my favorites.

If you look on Gunbroker, I think you'll find very good examples selling for up to $300+, with exceptional guns going for up to $450+.

THis is from the 31st Edition of the Blue Book. Looks like they were made from 1932 to 1952. 100% - $425 98% - $365 95% - $315. There are a few variations that make it more valuable. IE: there is a 7 shot; .22WRF cal. variation made raising the value 70%, and add 30% if you have a 3" barrel version which is scarce. In that time period they made 8 different variations of the gun.
