I want all of them! Dogs are kinder and more loving than most people I know.

Sure are cute little fellas, and I agree with David's Mom, dogs are better than most people

I heard sometime one time, if you want to find out who loves you more, your wife or your dog, lock them both in the trunk of your car for a couple hours, when you open it you will find out LOL

I would love to get a couple more dogs, but last fall we had to put down our two Great Danes, they were brothers and died exactly a month apart, I think the last one died because he missed the first one

But my wife says she never wants to go through that again, they were like her kids

    Very cute.

Catpower, I was in the "never again" mode about a year ago. Now I have two new pups that add a lot of joy to my life. They were rescued, so I think I'm doing the same for them.

Aprice, yeah she has been looking at the SPCA site from time to time so I think we will shortly have a couple more, but our son and his family wife and 5 sons, (one for each deployment) is getting out of the Army and they have two dogs, she says we will just have grand dogs LOL

When I was about ten years old (about 100 years ago), I heard an old man tell
my dad "the more I'm around people, the better I like dogs". I understand that
    a lot better now.

Oh, sure. They are as cute as can be at that age, but before you know it, they grow into great big 60 or 70 pound monsters that eat immense amounts of expensive food, then deposit great steaming piles all over your yard. They bark at things like falling leaves and thistledown, threaten your next door neighbor with grievous bodily harm three or four times a day, then want treats from the neighbor, need to be in when they are out, out when they are in, they lie beside your chair while you watch TV, and fart constantly, then act offended if you do the same to them. You can't go out in the truck without them, and they have to have a window down ALL THE WAY, even if it is way below freezing, or pouring rain. After 10 or 15 years or so, they get old and sick, and eventually die, our hearts are broken, and we can't get over our loss, until we see another impossibly cute little furry bundle, and it starts all over again. Thank God they are so cute when they are little, or we would miss the greatest experience known to man, the unconditional love from a dog.

The Sailor has it just about right.

Can't imagine life without a couple of those knuckleheads around at all times. Catpower - don't let a broken heart stop you from doing it all over again. The good outweighs the bad by about 100:1.

Just last night my wife said she is going to the pound next week and pick up a pair of pups, so I guess she is over her grief

If I could afford to feed them I'd have a boatload of labs in every color

Sorry to owners of all other breeds but nothing is cuter than a Bernese Mountain Dog pup.

If you want a way to meet women borrow one of these and go to your favorite hangout.

All my life, I always have dogs in my family, a home is not complete without a dog.
