I see by today's Wall St. Journal and other sources that a few more of Obama's supporters, or at least wannabe with the "Big O" have showed all Americans just how skewed the (I try not to choke when I type this) "Justice" system has become.

A Whistleblower has finally come out and shown that the Federal Prosecutors in the, now ex-, Senator Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) trial for not declaring some things about gifts provided by a contractor of a form, committed enough prosecutorial misconduct to rate a contempt citation. Of course Big O's Attorney General will "look into the matter". No mention of additional sanctions, criminal charges or restitution for the damage they inflicted on then Senator Stevens.

It seems that these prosecutors not only did not follow the usual Justice Department standards about filing charges and scheduling trials in such a manner as to intentionally influence election outcomes. The charges were brought right before his primary, there by not only influencing voters but also drawing his efforts away from his campaign. When he did win the primary, these prosecutors then scheduled the trial to occur just weeks before the general election. Incidentally, this Republican Senator ended up losing this election.

It seems that the lead prosecutor, who just happened to also be, are you ready for this? "chief of its public integrity section, William Welch" was so interested in currying favor with the potential incoming (Obama) administration, that they intentionally failed to provide the evidence they gathered with the Defense. Part of this evidence showed thqat their star witness not only told an entirely different story on the stand from his initial interview with the prosecutors. They also redacted parts of the written testimony of other witnesses that would have aided the case of the Defense. This is directly and explicitly barred by law.

There was also mention of one of the Prosecutors of "Mary Beth Kepner, had an unspecified "inappropriate relationship" with Mr. Allen, the prosecution witness."

After these fact "FINALLY" came to public attention, only four months AFTER the trial where Stevens was found Guilty and subsequently lost his re-election bid, "The Justice Department yesterday moved to set aside an October conviction on ethics charges and forgo any future trials for Senator Stevens. He walks free, in other words, an innocent man."

Now you can contrast that persecution (note PERsecution and not prosecution) of Republican Stevens with the rather flippant "it was just a minor error" on the part of so many Obama Cabinet appointees and such and with no mention of prosecution, fines, asset seizures, forfeitures or jail time for these numerous fiends of Big O.

Now, can we strike the notion of "Equal Justice for All" from the Constitution? It can follow all the other parts of the Constitution that these Democrats are already in the process of turning into toilet paper. Or maybe it should be amended to read "A disregard of Justice for All Obama's supporters!"

PIKEVILLE, N.C. — Vice President Joe Biden brought a clear message to this tiny Eastern North Carolina town Wednesday: The federal recovery money isn't just for big banks and auto companies.

Biden and U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack announced a new wave of $10.4 billion in federal stimulus money for home loans across the country, and billions more for essential services in rural communities such as Pikeville, which is getting money for a new fire station. Biden used the outdated, current station as a backdrop. Pikeville is just north of Goldsboro in Wayne County.

"We're investing in places like this all across the country," Biden said, "to demonstrate the vital role towns like this play in the recovery."

Most of the money for the station that was announced Wednesday, however, had been secured last year under the Bush administration, according to fire department officials.

State Sen. David Rouzer, a Republican who represents Pikeville and worked in the Agriculture Department under President Bush, said he helped secure the fire department money last year out of the federal agency's regular programs.

"They're coming in and cherry picking the best projects and switching out the money, saying it's stimulus money," Rouzer said. "But it was already approved and in the pipeline. It's totally disingenuous to come down here and say this is stimulus money, when regardless of whether a stimulus bill passed, they were getting the money."

The Obama administration is working to draw attention to money for rural communities, where gravel roads and volunteer fire departments are the norm. The moves come as irritation and anger are rising over federal money that has been streaming to Wall Street, banks and car companies.

Biden and Vilsack talked Wednesday about grants that are being parceled out for water systems, police stations, hospitals and fire stations. Earlier in the day, they visited Goshen Medical Center in Faison, where $635,000 in federal money will help hire two doctors, two nurses and three administrative workers.

Pikeville, where nearly all residents live below the poverty line, will receive $150,000 in grants and a $1 million loan toward the $1.3 million cost of the new fire station, said Fire Chief Wesley Wooten."

Guess he forgot the annointed one's statement that the stimulus package "wouldn't take effect for at least two years.".

If anyone believes that no one is above the law, stop and re-evaluate, because you are living in a false world. I've been there and I have seen the results. Michael
