OT/Does anyone know

    Planning on a varmint hunt in P.A.I'm not a resident.If I'm on private land,do I need a hunting license from P.A.or my home state,to show some type of safety course taken?

    I live in PA. I'm almost positive you need a HL even on private land. As far as I know you don't need a safety course unless your under 18. Been a long time since I hunted, maybe the rules have changed.

    Yep, you need a hunting license unless you own the private land that you are shooting on. If you don't own it, better ask permission to hunt. We shoot back.
