OT Democrats

    Why is it the Democrats that come to are house,and asking for our vote are clueless about whats going on with the country.And are surprise we are not going to vote for them. Is there no hope for the USA.

    It's called the "beltway" mentality

    People who live in the DC area after a while really do lose contact with the rest of the country and the world for that matter.


    After a while, they only thing they know and believe is what they tell each other.

    That is the biggest reason term limits are necessary..

    What I've been trying to figure out is, "Were they always socialists, or is this something recent?"

    They were "Socialist Lite" as far back as Wilson".

    The were noticed by the Communist during Johnsons term with his War on Poverty and moved in over a long time to take it over.

    While I am a life long Republican, the last, best Democrat in my lifetime was Kennedy. I was too young to remember Truman, perhaps the toughest.

    The worst Repubilcan in my life time was Nixon, with all his "Bloomberg Nannyism" creations, like the EPA and OSHA.
