I have an Dell Inspiron 1520 that I recently set up on a docking station due to my desk top going bonkers. Question, does anyone know how I disable/turn off the laptop screenwhile docked? I have read the book and played with all the F keys with no luck. Jake

You should be able to access your power options in control panel. There you can change the settings for what the computer does when you close the lid. I changed mine so when I closed it, nothing happened. Hope this helps.

Pretty sure if you go to Control Panel->display there's the option to select one or both screens.

YEA, I got it. Went to control panel, properties, power settings. There was an option for when the lid was closed. Set it to do nothing. Now all is good. Simple pleasures. Merry Christmas to all! Jake
