Christians are angry especially when headlines read, "Jesus' Name Is Ruled 'Unconstitutional'? Say what? Is this supposed to help us understand why other faiths riot when a certain name is disrespected?

Just another progressive psychological ploy delivered through the justice system?

Do we not say this is our house and we will live by our rules? What guest has taken it upon themselves to change the rules of our house? Why don't they change the rules of their own house and live there under their rules?

While the vast majority of this Nation is Christian, what does this say? If there is no belief system how can there be justice?

Who of what will determine what is just? The ruling class?

Are we mixing incompatible chemicals in a glass globe?

KInd of reminds you of people on this site who think if you don't agree with their way of thinking they have the right to ridicule and torment.

Furthermore, we are endowed by Our Creator and justice based on the Ten Commandments. "I am the Lord thy God, thou shall not put strange (foreign) gods before Me."

We are One Nation under God.

As a Christian, I am not offended because try as they might, they are already "judged" for their actions. They don't offend me, they offend God, Himself.

God have mercy on their souls.

It started in the Garden, then after the flood, man came up with the term "Communism" its also called Socialism and being Progressive or Liberal.

Man can call it whatever he wants, it doesn't change what Gods thinks about it.

Anger is only when preference is given to other religions.

A tiny rag tag group of Muslims can force a Catholic University to remove its art?

    Give me a break.

    Shoot the bastards.

the revolutionary was was fought for freedom or religion. believe in who you want but don't tread on other's rights. most wars were fought because of religion. sharia is NOT the answer, just cause for another war (worldwide?) oz

And who conceived of the notion that diversity is the path to world peace, Walt Disney? It is no longer diversity when one culture imprints on another culture to the point of obscurity in a shared land. Perhaps that's the moral of the Babel story. Diversity from a distance would be more diverse and as it was intended.

That way if one culture hates another culture they would have to hate from afar and not from within. Isn't that more sensible?

Once a person from one culture adopts another culture well that's a different story. That's when the land becomes a melting pot of and to the same culture.

Which is more the path to peace the conflicting tribes in one nation or all for one melting pot with the individual's decisions to willingly adopt a new culture in it's entirety?

And Rick, the progressives are in Catholic schools as well. They smuggly sit in religion class and tell the priests and nuns that the only reason they become priests and nuns is because they are sexually inadequate. The priests and nuns in turn argue that they love God, Scripture, the Church and all its good deeds enough to sacrifice.

Catholics will probably give them what they want in hopes of later converting them or die trying. We'll see how it plays out.

jesus h christ people, what is wrong with you guys? religion is ok as long as it's your religion????? we have freedom of religion in this country but more importantly we have FREEDOM FROM RELIGION. Your god, whatever you conceive it to be has absolutely no place in the governing documents or official government doctrine of this nation. christians, jews, muslim - all the same god and all you do is want do is kill each other because you can't agree on how to worship the same entity. how many millions dead over this shit? sickening!

god - man's fear of the pain of death. (Dostoyevsky if memory serves me right)

I want to point out that the words "under God" were not added to the Pledge until after I was born. The "in God we Trust" phrase did not make it onto coins until Lincoln was president. Our country was not founded by Sunday School Teachers.

The Bill of Rights is based in the belief that we have God given rights. Making sure the government recognizes this and affirms our God given rights is one of the things that makes the USA unique.

We have been on a slow slide away from this for a long time.

Whether you believe in God or not do you really want the government to determine your human rights?

I certainly don't want my government to look at a book of folklore in order to determine what rights I have. Crap!,then it would solely depend on which fairy tale they were reading. Kinda like a nation based upon or ruled by those who think their book is the right book and any other book needs to be burned and it's followers converted or destroyed. Hmmmmmm - christian fundamentalists, muslim fundamentalists, jewish fundamentalists.......all the same; give any of them a free hand and the streets would run with blood and books/bodies would fuel the bonfires.

Here, I'll spoon feed you non believers. There are minds that do good and have a good doctrine. Whether you believe or disbelieve in God. These good minds tell the truth, nuture living things by that I mean even if they don't believe in God, they share with others.
They appreciate living things, harvest and hunt and don't torture or otherwise maime things to deliberately be cruel but satisfy their needs. These minds are kind to old ladies and children and their fellow human beings as well as the trees, plants etc ie creation. These minds can be gentle or tough as needed; happily human. They seek no reward.

Then there are minds that do bad things and have a bad doctrine. They will kill everything that's in their way whether it be animal, or vegetable and plot behind their backs. They have no respect for anyone or anything. As humans they hate their condition. They have a distorted sense of being and will be unrelenting in a detrimental quest. They can not be reasoned with and take anything they can lay their hands on whether overtly or covertly. It's about them what they can get and what they can keep others from getting. There is a reward by their doctrine for their bad behavior.

If you were to have one or the other as a neighbor, who would you choose? It's that simple.
