Did anybody see the orange glowing light object fly from east to west south of the grounds last night?

It appeared to be flying above commercial airplane height and moving at around 600mph

Was it a LOST target? Sounds like we need to take a turn or three out of the traps!

I looked out of my tent and saw a pink Moon, my wife was bending over the campfire. To bad it wasn't my neighbors 25 year old wife. LOL

The moon was rising just as I was leaving Sparta. It looked like a giant, all orange target. In another month, i believe that the full moon is called the harvest moon.

I could not make out if the writing on the full moon said "White Flyer", "Blue Rock" or "Champion".

Also, if you looked real close, I think I saw a little chip come off of the bottom.

If a chip came off of it, it wasn't a Champion. Not unless they've decided to allow 6's.

I saw it to! Looked like a missile shot, moving up from the horizon...Then burned out...Asked a state trooper about it tonight and he hadn't heard anything, but would be with his Air Guard unit tomorrow at whichever air force base is near here, and said he'd inquire. Keep you posted...

They are testing the Astra, an amatuer rocket, out of Bonne Terre (sp?), Missouri.
