Optima, Optima Plus, what's the difference?

    optima fits target guns. optima plus fits hunting guns. simple. oz

    According to Briley and Larry at Angle Port OZ is correct. Optima is for target guns and Optima Plus is for hunting guns.

    If your buying new chokes may I suggest you checking out Angle Port. I just purchased 5 and I must say they are very nicely made. The constrictions were exactly what they said they were. I made a point to check each one after they arrived.

    I only had the chance to try two so far, the improved modified at 25 points and the modified at 20 points of constrictions. With 50 targets shot from each choke I ended up with a 48 and 49.

    I must say they smoked the target much nicer then the factory chokes I received from Beretta. The Beretta chokes were also not very true to size to what they were supposed to be.
