1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

Has anyone tried the Extreme collared chokes by (Extreme Chokes)Are they any good or is the collared extended choke just another gimmick. Would like to hear some opinions. The concept sounds great thus elimnating the need for BBL porting.

Since there is no need for barrel porting per se (other than more noise and subsidizing the gunsmith) I don't see what a ported collar can accomplish. Well, it could make the chokes hard to clean!

At least on a high intensity handgun or rifle there is enough gas created in a small space for ports or compensators to perform their intended function. The ports are placed above the bore axis and exert downward pressure on the barrel. Ported chokes are ported 360 degrees so they can't keep the barrel down since gasses are going in all directions at once.
