I've got a BT99 which was made in 1987 and has a choke constriction of 44 thousands. I can use all the help I can get. My buddy thinks I should have screw in chokes installed or at the very least open the choke up to about 32 thousands to possibly pick up a target or two from time to time. I'm not sure what to do. I know if your on them your on them but then again I'm not always on them even though I certainly try to be. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

My suggestion is to have a gunsmith create about 1.250 long paralell choke that is 50% of your back bore of the barrel. This will create a great pattern from your gun.

Leave it, you'll be a better shooter and it really smokes 'em.
