I just spent alot of money buying a new Sharps 45-70 rifle . Along with casting equipment, lead ,tin and sights . I just read about one of our local politicans trying to pass a new bill with a whole list of gun bans . Also here in PA our State EPA is trying to classify lead as a surface contaminate , which would surely close down all ranges here in PA . My question to you Democrats ,why is there always a Democrat behind every piece of gun baning or lead baning or 500% ammunition tax legislation ? Why ? Why ? I'am sick of you people and your stinking party !

Well said Goozer. You won't get an answer, because they have none. It's the way they are.

Sounds like some more teabagger dribble. Actually the word "teabagger" gained finalist status for the Oxford American Dictionary word of the year. I really think the definitions of teabagger listed in the Urban Dictionary are more applicable to many of you who starts and respond frequently to posts like this. You sound like a bunch of lamers who love to exhibit your noobish characteristics. Knock yourselves out. Laugh and the whole world laughs with you. Cry and you cry alone. What is the matter? Feeling lonesome? Democrats shouldn't because they have a majority in the House and Senate as well as occupy the Oval Office. I don't know how long this will last (I really don't care too much because life is too short not to live it to the fullest.) but it seems that the ones crying are a bunch of mis-informed, right-wing, inspired by Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck individuals who are totally intolerant with anyone who doesn't not share their beliefs.

Usually those who resort to insults and abuse have already lost the argument.

Teabaggers? That's a term entirely distinct from the Tea Party folks. And no, I'm not going to explain the meaning of it, but those people certainly aren't identified with the Tea Party, Republican party or conservatives.

Look up "teabagger" in the Urban Dictionary if you like. Definitely a term of abuse, which is why the lefties use it. It's their modus operandi.

Thanks Virgil for proving our points about liberals. They hate common sense and someone taking responsibility for their own lives. You all seem to want and crave one thing. Someone to take care of you. The Government is NOT the answer to any of your problems. Simply get up everyday and look in the mirror.

What's your problem Virgil, no specific response to the threads author? Just a blanket generalization?

That's typical of liberals like you. You have no answers.

    "Knock yourselves out."

That is exactly what happened to your socialist idiots. Your idiots were knocked out in Jersey, Virginia and now Massachusetts. If you don't like it, tough. Go cry on some liberal idiot web site where you would be right at home.

    "Feeling lonesome?"

Today, that is exactly how hussein and his band of corrupt tax cheats feel, along with the liberal idiot congress. Speaking of "crying bunch of mis-informed", maybe you don't read the news well. You and them had better get used to it, because this is just the beginning. LMAO!

Get used to it. It's in your face, big time.

Lastly,,the most intolerant people on this planet, are liberals, starting with socialist hussein. Period.

I realize that the Tea Party folks don't really like to be referred to as teabaggers. This is understandable. I wouldn't either; however, I recently read a post holding views similar to the majority on this thread refer to himself using the term teabagger. Apparently, he wasn't informed--just opinionated. As far as resorting to insults to prove a point, have you really read what is being posted in this category and analyzed who it is being posted by? Looks like there are a lot of people out there who have lost the argument because they can't post without using insults. I guess it is an insult only when it is posted by someone who you disagree with. Maddow and Olbermann excites me to about the same degree that Limbaugh, Hannity, and Beck do. I can be informed without any of them. BTW, as I write this, I realize that my Bible admonishes me in Ist Peter 3.9 "Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, because you were called so that you may be a blessing" With that in mind, I'm out of here. Have a great day. Hope to break some clays soon if the weather cooperates.

    Read your own post.

"dribble" "lamers" "noobish characteristics" (what ever noobish is) "mis-informed"

Like I said, the most intolerant people on this planet are people like you.

FYI, "dribble" is what you do on your bib when mommie loses your sippie cup.

"Drivel" is uninformed nonsense, usually referencing the spoken word.

Getting it right may or may not get you a little respect, depending on your reference material.

Quilty as accused. I issued insults. In fact, I was trading insults for insults. BTW dribble can be used as a noun. I'm out of here in the sense that I believe I have a higher calling than to do what I was doing by posting insults. Have a great day. God loves you.

Virgil, I started this thread and thankyou for responding . I have never been to a Tea Bag meeting and I'am not part of this movement . Virgil you have still not answered my original question, why is there always a Democrat behind
every piece of anti-gun legislation ? Why ? Why ? can you name one Republican
who has ever sponsered such a law ? Virgil, here is just one example of a law that was passed in the state of CA . The use of lead projectiles has been
banned within the flying area of the Condor . Virgil what if your club was under this fly zone of this bird ? Do you really think this law was about the Condor or was it a end round against the 2nd amendment . Virgil was this a Rep. or a Dem who sponsered this law in CA ? Please answer the question ? Why always a Democrat ? PA where I live wants to makee lead a surface contaminate .
Why is there a Democrat behind this ? Why Virgil ? I'am asking you to please think ,do you think this might affect the shooters here in PA, Think Virgil .

Basic education. Thats what is need first. We have let our education slip so bad that in our schools are no longer taught ethics, morality, responsiplity, honor, didnity.selfesteam, willing to make it on your own but be willing to help others who are trying to help themselves.
No we must teach Moa, Chaves, Stalin, and how to take dope, get knockedup and how to apply for wealfare because its there and for everyone. Get the freestuff.

Untll we get back to basics and admit to ourselves that what has happened is because we never spokeup.

The whole system needs to stop looking at Govt. is the way. We really know its not but the ones in govt. have the population thinking they are there to decree and not go for the will of the people.

I don't care what you say when someone don't like to hear what they no is really wrong and won't admit it they are sick.

I don't care what you call yourself if you believe in the almight God and live that way maybe things will straighten up.

Goozer........this is one example....all you have to do is Google "anti-gun republicans" and you will find more than you want. These might be 'Rino's' but they still operate under the Republican party's banner.

Unfortunately even one Republican or even one more Democrat is one to many.

    Goozer,

I appreciate the civility that your response to me contained. I agree with you that many of the Democrats in control are antigun and have indeed promoted an anti-gun position; however, there are some who are pro-gun just as there are some anti-gun Republicans. Certainly the anti-gun sentiment is expressed more profoundly by the Democrats. I really got sucked into these posts on this thread and other threads in this category mainly due to many's condemnation of the entire political party. Why not target the culprits within the party--Pelosi, Feinstein, Bloomberg (who knows what he is) and their minions?

Also part of my ranting was to show in kind what similar insults would generate. As admitted earlier, I intented to be insulting but, on relection, I believe being civil is the higher ground.

BTW, I voted for McCain in 2008 because I do believe he would be more supportive of my 2nd Amendment rights. I have a CCW permit and shoot several thousand claybirds each year. I am a long time member of the NRA. I hope McDonald prevails against Chicago as the oral hearing start on March 2, 2010. I cringe when I hear of legislation which affects shooters in a negative way. I have contacted elected state and federal officials numerous times to encourage support of pro-gun legislation. Have a great evening.
